If you are in danger, please try to use a safe computer that your abuser does not have direct access, or even remote (hacking) access to. A safe computer might be in a public library, at a community technology center www.ctcnet.org (national directory), at a trusted friend’s house, an Internet Café, or at the YWCA's Women's Resource Center.
The YWCA Yakima firmly believes that the key to reducing domestic violence in our society is education. Presentations for schools, community groups, or businesses are available by calling the YWCA, (509) 248-7796.
