Thank you for your support!

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our very first Empowerment Gala. We know change can be intimidating, and after 30 years of hosting a leadership luncheon, we decided to shift our fundraiser to a night event. Our community is strong, and you all showed up— for that, we are so grateful.
Domestic violence is a critical issue that affects countless individuals and families in our community. By coming together, we not only raise awareness but also provide much-needed resources and support for those in need. With a keynote speech from Katrina Cooke-Brownlee, an impactful call to action by Chad Janis, and an empowering story from a YWCA Yakima client, we hope you left feeling full of compassion and dedication to fuel our mission.
The funds raised will directly impact our programs, allowing us to expand services and reach even more individuals who are victims of domestic violence.
However, let us remember that our work is far from over. Let’s continue to advocate for change, support survivors, and strive for a world free from domestic violence. Continue your giving streak and donate today.
Thank you for being a part of this important cause. Your support makes a real and lasting impact in the fight against domestic violence. Together, we’re creating a safer place for everyone.
