Amy Flynn - Executive Director

Amy is passionate about furthering the mission of YWCA Yakima. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations and a long track record of success in fund development, community engagement and public relations. She has also completed Advocacy Based Counseling Domestic Violence Training. Amy has served as president of AFP Washington, Central Chapter and past secretary and board member of Yakima Sunrise Rotary.

Kamaly Morris - Director of Operations and Outreach

Kamaly grew up in the Yakima Valley. She is a graduate of Eisenhower High School and studied Human Resource Management and Administrative Management at Central Washington University.  She is currently pursuing her Master’s at CWU and contributes a background in HR and has worked in the financial industry before joining YWCA team.  She is dedicated to working with community and continuing the legacy of YWCA.

Abigail Mott - Program Director

Abigail grew up in Yakima and graduated from the University of Washington in 2007. She has a professional background managing independent businesses, and has worked for a global health and wellness company training staff and providing direct intake support to clients struggling with tobacco addiction. Abigail is also a certified yoga instructor, among her students were inmates at the women's correctional facility in Gig Harbor.
